flat is located in the neighborhood of Libération which is a very
popular neighborhood to the local people because of the sweet living
conditions. You will be close to a local & colorful market very
typical from the region, along with several convenience stores open late
night.
That neighborhood is a part of the downtown area of Nice
which is crossed by the line n°1 of the tramway. Thus, you will be 2
minutes away from the closest tram stop and train station and also a few
minutes away by walk from the beach.
Forget your car ! The apartment is 2 minutes
away from the train station, 1 block away from the Main Avenue and
shopping street and a few minutes away from church Notre Dame, Place
Massena, the Old Town, the pedestrian area !

Tram line 1 "Liberation" stop: 1 minute (100 meters)
Bus: 3 minutes (270 meters)

Très bel appartement, propre, spacieux, conforme aux photos et à nos attentes. Très bonne literie Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec toutes les explications qu'il fallait... Petit bémol qui ne nous empêchera pas de le louer de nouveau...rue bruyante le matin.
