apartment is located in a 20th century style building with terrace, in
one of the most attractive neighborhoods of Nice, le Carré d’Or.
It
is the perfect accommodation for an unforgettable stay in Nice.
Entirely refurbished recently for an upgrade, it assembles elegance and
comfort. The design makes it bright, spacious and cozy.
My
apartment can accommodate up to 4 people featuring 1 living-room with
sofa-bed, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen-size bed.
It
is fully equipped : air conditioning, secured door, kitchen area (hot
plates, fridge, fume hood, micro-wave oven), washing machine, cupboards,

Overview
The apartment is located in the Carré d’Or in
between the Musician’s neighborhood and the pedestrian area of Nice. It
is a very attractive area because of the location next to the sea and
shops, the lifestyle and the beauty of the buildings.
Around your
place, most of the streets bear the names of famous musicians like
Mozart, Verdi, Berlioz and feature severals buildings from the beginning
of the 20th century, highlighting the magnificent facades coming from
the architecture of the Belle Epoque era.
Ladies will be pleased as it’s the shopping neighborhood with plenty of independant stores.
Transport
Forget your car ! The apartment is 2 minutes
away from the beach, the Promenade des Anglais and shops, the train
station (10 min), the Main Avenue and shopping street (5 min), the Old
Town (10 min) ! Everything you must see is within walking distance!

En plus d’être très bien situé, le logement est très propre et conforme aux photos. Salvatore se montre très disponible et réactif. Je recommande, foncez les yeux fermés !
Un appartement moderne et fonctionnel, un emplacement parfait pour arpenter la ville (à deux pas de la place Masséna), des pièces agréables à vivre et la terrasse fait très envie (mais fin décembre, c'est plus compliqué, même s'il a fait très beau :-)), endroit calme et qui donne envie de revenir

Please leave the flat as you found it and respect your neighbours!
