Great place and extremely well located, but as everyone says, beware of the crazy neighbour downstairs! Salvatore was a great host, easy to communicate with, and was helpful with the neighbour.

Thank you for amazing stay in your apartment. We had a great time in Nice. I'd like to leave some suggestion and notes. It says the flat is for 8 people, but there were only 6 chairs, not enough facilities for 8 people (like toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags and more). The floor was dirty that we can judge from the white socks that were colored black on the same day. We noted the shelves were dusty. All 8 of us were bitten about 5-10 times by some home bugs and it was not fun at all. Can you do a whole place check, especially in the living room and bedrooms (pillows and sofas)? We are certain it happened in the apartment. The location was wonderful, apartment is so stylish and big, probably need to improve clean service :) Good luck!
